We are moving away from the practice of having dedicated frontend and backend developers with the aim that all developers can and are capable of working on both the frontend and the backend. Having said this, we have an upcoming project to relaunch the frontend of our application and are looking for a developer to be frontend focused on this project. The point is that initially, you would come in with a frontend focus, but, in the longer term, you would, if you choose, be working in a full stack capacity.
For the initial project, you will be a frontend developer. You will develop a user interface for our primary platform that is efficient, elegant, consistent, and responsive. From an architectural perspective, the interface is envisioned to be its own frontend application constructed in a modular manner – essentially, a frontend layer that communicates to the backend layer via API. You will represent the frontend in our re-launch of the frontend from a legacy monolith to one running in a microservices architecture.
You would be joining our team in Ivano-Frankivsk. The team includes Senior and 2 Middle developers, who cooperate with two other teams in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and one in Chernivtsi (Ukraine).
Good to have:
This is you:
